I've been to this location a few times. The cake always tastes good. But I had a very bad experience yesterday when I went in to order my husband a cake for his birthday. The customer service was awful, and I'm never one to complain about the service industry, but yesterday was ridiculous!
I picked up 2 dozen bundtinis to take to my daughters school for her 7th birthday. The boxes were taped when I picked them up so I didn't think to check them. Just opened them and both boxes are ruined. They look like they were dropped and stuck in the fridge. I'm really disappointed. I'm going first thing in the morning to return them.
