I would give more for how good the taste is but I’m so upset that I received a frozen red velvet cake that I spent 35 dollars on. I came in to get a cake for my job so they could all it eat. When I opened it up and started cutting it all of it was frozen. Thank god we warmed it up ourselves but how embarrassing. I even felt like the girl who sold it to me knew it was frozen!!! At least tell me before buying it! VERY shady & upsetting!

I was highly disappointed with the outcome of today. I specifically told the cashier to put in an order of a dozen bundtinis with FOUR different flavors! I open the box for my party, which was later on tonight after they were closed, and the ONLY flavors were Chocolate and Vanilla when there were supposed to be two additional flavors. The fact I put my trust into this company and not thinking I need to check my order, along with this being my first purchase due to a recommendation is a bit saddening. I was disappointed on this pass Saturday 9/30 I purchased the Marble bundt which is my favorite and it was somewhat salty. I was like wow. I'm hoping this is Isolated event.
Yesterday we waited for a little over two hours to get our free buntlet cakes for a year for NBC's sixth anniversary. When it was time to get the free cakes, the owner came out and greeted everyone and they passed out samples, everyone was so nice. They also gave out waters and the cakes never disappoint, their quality in taste and ingredients is always great. Can't wait to go back!
