I went there with a bogo deal on a buntlet and she charged me full price and then said if I used my coupon I could no longer pick two of the same kind and made me get a flavor none of us like! She was extremely rude and I will never ever come here again!! I will go to the one on Coffee rd. Which is a million percent nicer and the employees aren't ridiculous or rude!! I highly recommend you do not shop at the one on Oswell...it is way way worse than I could have imagined and the look of the place and the employees are ugly!! ... read more

I went into the store off of Oswell in Bakersfield. I asked for 1 strawberries and creme small bundt cake. I asked the girl how much would it be and she said $8.00 and change.I used my debit card. Gave the cake to my grand daughter for her Birthday. Dropped it off, it was in a bag. I forgot to take the receipt out. I live in Cal City 1 and a half hours away.
