I have been to this location enough to know the process. Place order, give loyalty number, pay, cake goes in a bag. I was the very first customer this morning (3/12/2026) and was not greeted by a very disgruntled employee. It was very clear that she did not want to be at work this morning and had other places she would have rather been. No greeting. No loyalty number asked for. No bag for the cake. Great customer service, thorough timely with great cakes.
The girl working today 1/11/26 was very unfriendly making it awkward. I hope she finds a new job she enjoys. The cake is good though.
