Worst location. Customer service is severely lacking at this location. I used to love purchasing these cakes for events or special occasions but ever since this location has opened it’s been nothing but problems. Miscommunication from associates and no accountability. It’s frustrating since I was so excited for this closer location. I guess the further drive is worth the great customer service. Do better with your associates and their customer service and resolution.
This is the best location! Sydney is the best and is always so helpful. She supports the community and we will only order from this location because of her! These make the best gifts and presents for any occasion. Thanks Sydney for personally delivering our treats!
I arrived eight minutes before opening. The employee would not let me in or check for my Uber Eats order. She finally let me in and asked for the name on the order and description. She couldn’t find the ticket or order. Multiple times she asked me questions about what the item exactly was. Finally she came out with the item. She wasted my time for no reason.
