Do not order from here!Placed a delivery order, they never delivered the order and wouldn’t answer the phone or email to help at all. I was ghosted by a cake company for my husband’s birthday and paid almost $100 for nothing. Disputing this charge, they are unreliable.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location, the person behind the register is miserable. At least smile or greet the customer. So unwelcoming. And every time I go they never have utensils. Today, the girl in front of me asked and received two spoons. When it was my turn they magically “don’t have anymore” OK? You can’t go to the back and bring more out? Always the worst experience at this location.

These Bundts are habit forming. A weekly must for a treat or for celebrations! I use their app and it’s so convenient. Always order extra frosting. Granada Hills is the best location, great staff.
had a lovely first-time experience. I've nearly come into this chain so many times. finall I did use NBC cuz I needed 3 dozen cupcakes for a 50th birthday, and I was travelling the week prior and could only do online research/ordering. the NBC website was very clear, informative, and clearly listed pricing and pics, whereas many nearby boutique bakeries I was considering didn't list pricing.
