Quite literally the BEST cakes you will ever have. We ordered one for our gender reveal which only they knew the results and how creative and amazing the presentation of the cake was. Additionally, it is on point every time we order (after the gender reveal cake we had to go back for more)! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nothing short of welcoming. It seems as though it is a very well run bakery and had a warm personal touch (not like some franchises do). Kudos to the owner! Always consistent and our go-to!
This review pertain specifically to the Commack location. The staff is friendly and the service is great. They need to restructure and organize their order and pick up process. I walked up to the front to simply pick up an order that was placed in advance. I was told I had to wait online with 15 other clients that were there to place their orders. That was the best damned red velvet cake I've ever had in my life.
We recently had a cake dropped off from this local Commack business, and it was absolutely amazing. Over 30 members of our team had a chance to try it, and the feedback across the board was overwhelmingly positive — not one complaint, just people going back for seconds. You can tell there’s real quality and care behind what they’re making. It was fresh, flavorful, and just all-around well done.
