The cakes I bought for me and my family were great. Dyshiema was especially helpful at the Boynton location. She was very kind and even recommended me some flavors I should get which turned out to be amazing. Will be returning!
One bad customer service experience can be a fluke. Two with the same employee is a pattern. This was my second visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes in Boynton Beach where I left with only my pre-ordered items because the customer service was so unpleasant that I had no desire to spend another dollar.
