FALSE ADVERTISING & PITIFUL SERVICE: AVOID THIS LOCATION! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This establishment is running a textbook bait-and-switch operation. They plastered an advertised nationwide BOGO offer everywhere (valid through 6/7/26), but when you actually try to use it? The franchise owner apparently decided the rules don't apply to them and refused to honor it. They are very friendly and have not just the best Bundt cakes but the best cake of anybody
This is a review from my 9 year old. "I would give them 5 stars. They are very polite. They are good at their jobs. The cake is DELICIOUS. They also have candles, so I would give them an extra half star for that."
