The cupcakes I received for my birthday tasted amazing — soft, flavorful, and definitely a treat. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined when I bit into the last cupcake and discovered several medium white strands of hair inside while chewing. It was disappointing and unsettling, especially given how great the cupcakes were up until that point. Quality control needs serious improvement to prevent something like this from happening again.
They really did an amazing job taking care of my order today!!! 5 stars
