I love these cakes and the store is super cute. The staff ALL come out and just stare at you while you're trying to make a selection. I felt like I was interrupting them. Uncomfortable.
100/10, great customer service! I accidentally placed a pick up order at the wrong location, but the owner Scott & the Grandville team were able to quickly help me resolve the issue. I’m super thankful for their help, it was my mistake & they were very accommodating. Highly recommended either of the Nothing Bundt Cake locations in Grand Rapids! The cakes are amazing & so is the team. Thank you!
