This is a nationwide issue because yall are outsourcing to uber eats, everytime I order for a friend to be delivered or if someone orders for me, this keeps happening sent to the wrong address, the order clearly says “ d” and lazy drivers being outsourced dropped it off to the wrong house and I was unable to pick up my gift as it was not there when I went to go look for it. I made a purchase at your Memorial store in Tulsa. I had a coupon for one free Bundtlet with purchase of one. I asked the 'not-so-friendly' clerk, "what does it cost to stack them in a bag with a bow?" She told me that they can't do that with a coupon purchase. Then said, "The cost is $2.00." (I assume that is for a normal purchase without a coupon). So, my question is, "why wouldn't she let me pay the $2.00 and gift wrap it? It was a Valentine gift for my 98 year old Mother & I wanted it to be pretty. Just very disappointin... read more
