i’m just really disappointed. i’ve been ordering here since they opened, but the last two years have been frustrating. last year we ordered a gluten free cake in advance and were told at pickup they couldn’t fulfill it because they ran out, which was especially hard since we have family with celiac. this year i was picking up the cakes for my mom, who hosts the holidays every year, just trying to give her a break. we arrived about 30 minutes early and were told it wasn’t ready, which was fine, but later found out it had been... read more
