If you are used to the customer service at the East Liberty location. Then is either incompetence or racism that my visit so egregious by the first person that I encountered who was the model of professional decorum before assisting me. Then in her refusal to complete my order, she had the audacity that I had completed the order. Husband and I had a sweet tooth so we decided to drive here for a cake. My husband is not a huge cake fan but love these. They are the perfect serving size. The cakes are delicious, I ordered the vanilla and lemon and my husband got 2 cookies and cream. This store never disappoints. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend .
CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. This store CAN NOT get an online order correct to save their lives. Shame on me for not checking my shit before leaving when I live 90 minutes away.
