I went in for the first time to try the cakes and the first and last time I come here because looked around and got a sample to try it if it’s good and told me if I’m just here for the sample or too look around in a rude manner and then proceed to ask me later what would I like but in a rude manner and yet I bought something and proceeded to sound nice to another customer that came straight to a sample last time I come here (time 6:52)
This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered two Dubai Chocolate cakes but only received one. I didn’t realize until I got home since this store is not close to where I live and was just a stop along the way. I also felt the fillings were very little. The Dubai Chocolate had barely any filling, and the Banana Pudding cake also had much less filling compared to other locations I’ve bought from before. The staff service was normal and polite. If I could write a review and give zero stars I would smh. I purchased the new Dubai chocolate cake a when I tell you I’m extremely disappointed as it had absolutely NO Kataifi PISTACHIO FILLING whatsoever just a chocolate dry cake. Ugh y'all I’m so upset as I was looking forward to enjoying a good cake as they falsely advertised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CAKE. Do better Nothing Bundt Cakes

The cashiers were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend working with this location.
