In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I visited your Downey location for the first time on 6/02/2024 around 4:40 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one, and I wanted to share some feedback in the hope it helps improve customer service moving forward. Terrible service, delicious cakes, overpriced. I bought 4 dozen cupcakes from them and they forgot to give us a full dozen. One of the boxes was deceiving because it was twice the height (I assumed it was two dozen, it turns out it had the stick on banners.) unfortunately we didn't realize this till after our baby shower begun when I asked if they could deliver the last one since they do deliveries and it's only 5 minutes away.
