This is my go-to spot when I'm in the mood for a local sweet treat, however today was extremely upsetting and honestly I've never walked out of a place so disgusted. I was waiting in the lobby for my Bundlet and I overheard the employees working in the back making stereotype-enforcing, inappropriate comments regarding black people, just overall being extremely loud and I just don't think lit's ever okay, let alone in a place of work Where's the manager? highly recommend to stray away from this Nothing Bundt Cakes!!
Customer service was great
Please avoid this Nothing Bundt Cake franchise location. The store itself was fine but as you can see from the photos, the bundt cakes are like half the normal size. They were swimming in the containers and even after the huge dollop of frosting, barely came up to halfway up the container. They were also narrow and shook from side to side since there was so much empty space. Do not recommend this location.
