Sara was amazing! Very helpful and sweet overall atmosphere 1000/10 very clean and efficient! ❤️
First time in this fancy place. I wasn’t sure of what to order and the salesperson was more than helpful. She recommended some cakes and I ended up getting her two favorite ones, which by the way were amazing. Nice experience!

I went to purchase a cake for my sister after the website was giving me issues. The staff was extremely welcoming and even helped me place the exact order I wanted. I have already recommended this place to others. Can’t wait to continue celebrating more events.
Went on 6/7/25 @7:20 pm and staff refused a custom mini order because they weee closing at 8pm. Was very rude considering I have never been to a NBC before. Could not tell me if I could ever get a custom order and seemed upset with my request. However they did have time to chat with a friend that came to visit. From other reviews I see this is a staffing issue. Shame. Will not be back to this location ever again.
