Went to the Holiday Mart in Topeka this afternoon and bought a Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Bundt cake from Jim Edwards. Took it home and split it with my husband. It was wonderful. We will be visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes in Kansas City real soon. Thanks Jim for talking me into buying this.

Received the Pumpkin Spice for my birthday and OMG it's off the chain yummy. I'm not a Pumpkin fan but soooo glad I tried it. Excellent!
I've only tried two flavor of these bunds cakes, but I intend to go back for more. They are SO delicious. Also, the employees there are very friendly and helpful, not at all like the unsmiling, bored, monosyllabic employees at the big grocery store bakeries.
My favorite cake, i love the red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting! !
