Nothing Bundt Cakes is usually my go to for desserts as beautiful and tasty. Today, I received exceptional service from Alvin at the Metcalf location and Ruby at the Lee's Summit location. I missed my pick up order and Ruby and Alvin went above and beyond to ensure I received my order. I will always be grateful for their kindness, professionalism and exceptional service. Absolutely love this place!! My husband and I got a two tiered cake for our wedding and it turned out perfect. The flavors and moistness of the cakes were perfect. We got married almost a week ago and people are still raving about our cake.
As much as I honestly love Bundt cakes, this location in particular I will not be returning to. There is more details to the back story but the main issue is we picked up our cake and was not given our complete order. My son is 18 today and we had a special order and it was not fulfilled. Mind you, my husband picked it up and was unaware there was something missing, however when giving the name the order is under- the staff should pull the correct order.
