Where do I start?!! Helpful friendly honest. Great service!! Traveling across the country having an RV issue. We called six different companies..no one could help us. George from Noteboom RV said they are very busy but I’ll pull a guy to help you. Jon, Greg and George came to our rescue!!! Ordered our parts had installed in less then 24 hours!! Be careful what you buy from Noteboom. I bought an A/C unit for my camper and took it out of the box and ran it for 3 minutes only to find out that it the A/C wasn't the problem. I had two weak circuit breakers; one in the RV for the unit and the main on the post outside. I boxed the unit back up planning to return it but they wouldn't take it back. Claimed it was used. What a joke! I'll never shop there again, not even for a new RV. Not with that kind of customer service.
Noteboom 'prides' themselves that their prices are fair and keeps everyone happy (customer and business). TRANSLATION: they will not negotiate. ZERO. Be prepared to pay way too much at asking price because they will not budge at all. They will not try to earn your business. Bad reviews/comments on Facebook will get deleted and you blocked. We really loved all the great people at Noteboom! I'm kinda a picky person,and the salesman that helped us showed us several campers, and then Re-showed us camper cause I just couldn't make up my mind. We finally decided on one, and got to go pick it up today.. We would recommend Noteboom to anyone looking for a camper!!
We bought our brand new camper from Noteboom RV in Harrisburg. The prices were by far a lot cheaper then any of the other RV dealers in town. There weren’t any hidden fees or charges. Gordon showed us exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions with ease. He was great to work with.
