I have been taking my son here for over a year and he has improved in his speech and social skills drastically. My son has ASD and this has been the only place he has been able to sit with the therapist and talk. It is a great place! I appreciate the people that work there entirely.
Unfortunately have not had a pleasant experience with this place. The communication is lacking. I’m pretty sure the lady who works the front desk does not relay messages like she should. I’ve been waiting before thanksgiving to get my son in for his speech appointments. No call back. I’m done waiting on them. More has happened with this place but it would be wayyyy too long to type.
My son has been going here for almost 2 and a half years and the progress he has made has been phenomenal! We love the staff and felt like family. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I absolutely love the staff, as does my son. They are always very welcoming and so friendly. My son didn't speak much prior to coming here, and now he is forming small sentences in only a few weeks!
The WORST place for speech therapy in Sumter! ..Unless your child loves being taken by a stranger in a mask and locked in a room by another stranger in a mask. What child wouldn’t be afraid if he/she is not exposed to masks regularly?! Despite suggesting I join my child until trust is earned, they were so rude and continued to say “I’m taking your child” um NO ma’am you’re NOT!
