My family and I left for North Dakota early this morning from Billings MT. When we hit Forsyth we noticed our car had a warning light saying "hot engine, ac off". Unsure of how serious it could be we called my dad to ask his opinion, he made a phone call to his old friend Mary at Notbohm to see if her guys could look at it. I hit a deer on a Saturday night and was stranded in Miles City. They got me in first thing Monday and replaced my radiator and got me and my family back down the road late Tuesday night. I thought they were very helpful getting us in. Thanks to Shawn and Kelly and your crew for all your hard work.
My Chevy Tahoe broke down outside of Miles City, I was able to make it to Notbohm Motors. They were able to get me right in and got me on my way in 2 hours. They were even able to determine the problem was under warranty. I am grateful for their professional and prompt service!
We will have to see what happens whether they are as good as you all say. I had some work done by them and charged 600.00 and I just found out that they did not do the whole thing but charged me for it. I called , Chad was not in but was to call me back but never did as of yet. Three days later,Well you all were correct it is a good place to do business they stand behind what they do and if not done corectly or completely they take care of that also very good people.
Absolutely amazing experience! Everyone from Marc to Ron to Jeff, so patient and customer oriented. I thought customer service was something that was going to the wayside until we dealt with Notbohm on the trade and purchase of our new vehicle. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase it a vehicle!
Excellent service!! The check engine light came on the day before I had to go out of town. They got me right in,problem fixed!!
