I called this morning because my truck didn't have heat. I had to go to Miles City for a doctor appointment this afternoon and asked if they could at least look at the truck. (I live in Ashland). They told me to bring it in at 1 and they would fix it, if possible. Not only did they fix it, they gave me a ride to and from the doctor. Being new to the area, they have a new customer. I had a wonderful experience with Notbohm Motors! I located the vehicle I wanted online at their dealership. I called them up and spoke with Billie. She worked hard to accommodate my requests and wasn't pushy. Everyone at the dealership was polite and helpful. It went beyond just doing their job, they actually cared. During the test drive, because I was from out of state, Billie led me downtown and showed me around. She pointed me in the direction of a good hotel and restaurant.
