True to our name, we don't fit the norm. We're affordable and relaxed enough for jeans, but with culinary creativity worth dressing up for. We have been here a few times and never had an issue. But last night the food was not up to par. The seafood tempura was greasy and some pieces were burnt. My Frutti di mare was not seasoned well and had no flavor. I told the waiter and he asked if I wanted salt and pepper or something else. I decided to take the salt and pepper. Fantastic service, amazing food! The Waldorf salad is great!
I love NYAJ it's one of my favorite restaurants.. I love the Carribian buffalo tenders.
Hostess and waitress were super friendly. I ate the Mona Lisa salad and it was fresh and delicious, especially the dressing.
I loved my Jumbalaya *sp?) & their bread & dipping oil is AWESOME! Also, we had good service!
