Absolutely terrible. Waited 35 minutes (from time of order, not time of seating) for a grilled cheese, salad and burger. Had to get our daughter to the doc's at 6:30 and were made to feel like we did something wrong for asking for boxes... 35 minutes. And we were made to feel like jerks for being annoyed.
