Thorough, honest, and very knowledgeable! Very happy with the service. Our garage door was bent very badly. Instead of replacing panels or even the full door - both a far more costly fix, the technician recommended a fix that worked like magic. He also lubricated the bearings which made the doors quieter and smoother.

Always helpful, professional, friendly, honest and reasonably priced. Saved the day on both occasions. Even sent him to my moms house for a repair after he helped me out, had nothing but great things to say. He found the time even on a last minute call.. Thanks

Don't waste your time. Called twice for service to undo torsion springs/quote for new install and was provided a service window. 6 hours after the first window passed, I called to see if they were still coming. They called back asking if first thing following morning would work. Ok. Next morning - no show/no contact. Business must be good!

He was very knowledgeable, courteous and explained the whole process about garage door jargon, springs and all of the stuff we should know but never take the time to learn.
