All of my interactions with Dr. Norwood have been excellent. She very much cares about her clients. Recently, my pharmacy has had some technical issues while accepting my prescriptions. Dr. Norwood quickly and efficiently fixed everything each time this occurred. That meant a lot to me.
This incident happened back in February of 2011. I was Nineteen at the time and now I'm almost twenty-three. I went to see Norwood because I was going through a hard time. She was recommended to me by my brother-in-law who, to this day, will say that he didn't RECOMMEND her but that he knew of a psychiatrist.
