Paid for a family to stay and the staff refused guest upon check. This hotel has shown discrimination to family of 3, will be taken this up with the Minnesota Attorney General. So disappointing policy have to change.
We miss you norwood!! Come back!! (Norwood was condemned while we were there, seen them close the doors one last time) Staff was always nice, understanding and helpful. I miss the smoking rooms and especially the suites!!
You can't show up at 230 pm because they tell you straight check in is at 3 pm. Like if 30 minutes is gonna hurt their pockets
To my surprise, the hotel is closed, and I never received a notification about it. I arrived here from the airport just to find myself without a place to stay...
