You can't show up at 230 pm because they tell you straight check in is at 3 pm. Like if 30 minutes is gonna hurt their pockets
To my surprise, the hotel is closed, and I never received a notification about it. I arrived here from the airport just to find myself without a place to stay...
Had fire before we were there. Building was condemned because of fire. Needed other accommodations
I booked this hotel months in advance before my concert in April. The day of my concert, I called in advance to check my room. Found out they were temporarily closed and the hotel nor Booking.com bothered to inform me. We didn't find another place at such a late notice and had to drive all the way back home. Not impressed.
Terrible. They state online saying that we can book their rooms. But When I got there, the manager stated that they were renovating so there weren’t allowing any people who would be able to rent the rooms. Should had just given me a call about it, I booked these rooms 1 month ago.
