This place should be condemned. The receptionist was extremely rude. There was a car out front with a tarp on it like it was abandoned. Broken bicycles where you pull into the front entrance.Trash piled up on the side of the building. The back entrance the lock was busted hanging off the door, the key reader completely gone. We got to our room and it smelled rancid, holes in the bedding. The receptionist refused to refund our money or even speak to us. Absolutely disgusting experience. I had accidentally paid for this room first of all I thought it said book now pay later but it said pay booking so it got paid through my cash app card I have all of the proof for it and we got there the man that was working there refused to even listen to what I was telling him and instead of him asking questions he walked to him he said no I don't need to see your confirmation number I see it right here then he said your card was declined I said why would you run my card the room was already paid for through Priceline he k... read more
