Hope was very nice
Complex is nice and pleasant but they are pricing their rents completely out of HUD fair market rent ranges for two bedroom units in Washington County so therefore they are likely to get less people with HUD being able to qualify to live there and considering they only have two bedroom units at this complex they really should think about that because so many people are receiving HUD now and housing is becoming more and more sparse. Their highest rent unit is over $900 now. That's insane!
