Great service from beginning to end. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hygienist (Jacki) and Dr. Mandel were professional but friendly and non-judgmental. Best dental experience I have ever had!

Finding a new dentist can be a difficult task. I was referred to Dr. Dana Mandel and to my surprise was extremely impressed. The office is conveniently located in Norwood, hours are flexible for working individuals and the staff is outstanding. My first visit was extremely thorough and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
Dr Mandel took me on, with short notice, as a new patient suffering from a toothache. She did a thorough exam and came up with a plan of action. I found her and the office staff friendly, caring and helpful.
Jsckie is extremely professional, great personality,knows her job and does it well.
Courteous, cooperative, friendly and efficient. Took care of me at the last minute as my crown fell out. 2 days later put in a temporary replacement, now just waiting for the new crown. What a relief!
My time at Mandel was pleasant and stress free. It's always great to spend time with Dr. Dana and her wonderful team!
