My son had to have his first 2 caps put on. I was so nervous and terrified for my son. Dr. Neil explained the full process and the following days to come. Dr. Neil and his staff are so friendly and warm. My son needed a follow up regarding a tooth pain and my son was seen in no time. The staff checked on my son before the actual appointment. This office rocks The Smiths
