Hi From the moment I walked in the front door for my procedure, the staff where friendly, informative and made me feel very relaxed. I pre-op room staff where wonderful asking if i was comfortable , made sure I understood what was going to happen Then the Doctor arrived and walked me thru the procedure step by step and once again I was confident I was very professional and capable hands Procedure done back to recovery room once again staff where great.
