RecommendedWhat an amazing place. Every staff member Ive dealt with has been amazing. They were very caring & understanding with my Aunt. I would highly recommend Norwood Crossing.
An exceptional senior care facility. Good proportion of staff to elders, and they are sincerely caring and attentive people. They do very hard work better than I could. I spend 3 days a month, for 8 hours a day, in the facility visiting my mother as she was dying and I was consistently impressed with the quality of care.
Who they are and what they do as Hero's on the front line have a job that many of us won't want to do. My observations and communications with the staff says it all. Keep up the good work you do. God Bless you and Thank you
My 92 year old mother with dementia/ Alzheimer’s. Been there for 7 years now and I can say the staff and nurses have and continue to take good care of my mother and surviving family. Grateful to know she is well cared for. No worries that some may have of nursing care. They have a large group of volunteers and games for the elderly. Exercise, beauty parlors etc. I haven’t been able to visit thru this pandemic and try have posted pics and always helpful when I cal to speak with my mother. Good place

When my 89 year old mom fell into dementia, we researched several assisted living facilities in the area. We decided on Norwood given its amazingly friendly staff and best-in-class state ratings. Our sweet mom spent almost 2 years at Norwood before passing. My Mother has been at Norwood Crossing for over five years. She loves it there and at 85 years old her health had improved! Concerned and compassionate staff.
