Do NOT buy a condo that was built by Norwood Builders as my grandmother's condo was given a "special assesment fee" of over 17,000.00 to pay for repairs to the buildings because of mold and other problems. If the buildings were done correctly this would have never happened. Workers had to remove and lay new brick because it was not done right to begin with. Don't buy in any condo built by Norwood. They declared bankruptcy so they wouldn't have to pay for the repairs and now the unit tennants have to pay.
