Norwood has new management and they are superb ,they are working to restore Norwood back to what attracted me to the property,I love it and they care about our needs ,I'm super excited and our community will continue to thrive to be comfortable and safe❤️

My daughter lives out there there’s no managers but some young unexperienced girls who are not doing their job the yards the grass is not cut there’s trash overflowing in the back that you can visually see. The city of Tulsa has been called and will respond soon , hopefully this will be taken care of quickly. The health department needs to be called and fire department. This is totally not acceptable. There’s not even a number to reach them or their office.
They wont fix anything. I have had request in for almost a year now and nothing's been done. They say if we think of it we will bring it . Port matiance.
First and foremost I want to say that I will miss the staff at Norwood apartments. I will miss the manager Rebecca Reyes, because she always had my back and she went far and beyond for me. I will also miss Tracy who works in the office, because she always listens and she is concerned about anything that you tell her. I will also miss the maintenance supervisor Randy.
