I have been a resident since 2017, at that time it was owner by Seldon company and it was a great place ro live. We has regular pest treatment and the staff were very helpful. Now in 2026 it is owned by Tag management. I am moving on Wednesday and I could not be more grateful. It is 76 in ny apartment and i have to wait until monday to hopefully get my ac fixed to save them money.Kymme is unprofessional and rude as an apartment manager. She has accusesd me of waiting until the weekend to tell her my ac was broke . Not sure h... read more
Norwood has new management and they are superb ,they are working to restore Norwood back to what attracted me to the property,I love it and they care about our needs ,I'm super excited and our community will continue to thrive to be comfortable and safe❤️

My daughter lives out there there’s no managers but some young unexperienced girls who are not doing their job the yards the grass is not cut there’s trash overflowing in the back that you can visually see. The city of Tulsa has been called and will respond soon , hopefully this will be taken care of quickly. The health department needs to be called and fire department. This is totally not acceptable. There’s not even a number to reach them or their office.
They wont fix anything. I have had request in for almost a year now and nothing's been done. They say if we think of it we will bring it . Port matiance.
