Bach as the owner since June 1984. My wife and I have had a bad experience with Norwood Animal Clinic. In our opinion, they are more concerned with taking our money than our pets. We've been working very closely with Dr. Ben for the past 2 months to diagnose and get Harry healthy from a mystery abscess-causing beast. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Ben and the staff at Norwood - they've been incredibly responsive to all my phone calls, they've been polite and compassionate, and they've genuinely cared about Harry Houdini and his family. We've got a long road ahead to continue treating Harry and I am grateful we have such an amazing vet in Dr. Ben walking this road.
