I’m from norwich the y is a friendly place to go to meet friends and take classes the y has good programs for kids to take part of after school it’s a good place to workout
Griendly staff, lots of different things to do (racketball. basketball, swimming, weight training, etc) for reasonable price. it keeps me active.

Have you checked out any of the fitness classes at the Y? A lot of variety & great instructors. The fitness room has AC...not that we don’t heat it up🔥💪🏼 I did Turbo Kick this morning with Steph👊🏼 Awesome workout & lots of fun😀 There’s something for everyone. Come give a class a try!

This is a great place for families to have fun.
I think our YMCA is such a special place it is the heart of our town it brings our kids together and in doing that the parents together. It means so much that there is a place in our community thatbteaches out children such good values and the whole staff is amazing. Feel out community is really blessed.
