Even the receptionist at my HOA said they were nasty to them and wanted to sue them for my bad review, which I think is why the other lady left her review. I was not looking for money, just wanted them to fix what they broke. A good business owns up to their mistakes. They were hired by my HOA. My spigot leaked uncontrollably after they used it. Viking Pro has done many jobs for my wife and I over the years and have always done quality work and have been easy to deal with. I have recommended them to many people.
In regards to Cynthia Moors review. This is from the HOA this company did a great job on all of our buildings. I definitely would use this company in the future. The HOA has never been given a video to show that Viking used her spicket.
They were hired by my HOA. My spigot leaked uncontrollably after they used it. They denied ever using it, but my boyfriend saw them use it on our camera and I had never even used the spigot before. They refuse to pay for repairs. I had to pay $300 for a whole new spigot. Now they want to sue me for my bad review. BEWARE! LOOK ELSEWHERE!
