Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I was given advise different advice from their customer service representatives stating different things. I went by what one of their employees stated about reservation times and I asked three times to confirm for an arrival date so I can book it and not be incorrect. Guess what that person was incorrect when I received my bookings and already booked my hotels as a result of that confirmation date. My family and I recently sailed with Norwegian Cruise Line and booked an excursion to Dunn’s River Falls in Jamaica through the cruise line. What happened during this excursion was extremely disturbing and made us feel unsafe. While at the excursion site, I stepped away from my family briefly to find the restroom. A local vendor approached me and offered to show me where it was. Instead, he directed me into a tent where two men positioned themselves near the exit and pressured me to go into a small room attached to the tent.... read more
Chartered for Cruise to the Edge so a different experience then a general Cruise. Staff is always so nice. Some things could use refurbishment- broken faucets in bathrooms, foggy/cracked windows, but we're here for the music
BEWARE!!! We sailed the Norwegian Gem on 1/16/26 and booked two connecting Club Balcony Suites, 11614 and 11616. Future guests researching cabin locations be aware that these staterooms are directly beneath a LOUD 24hr galley kitchen and NCL will not care at all that you payed more for this level of room and are kept up every night with EXCESSIVE operational noises - banging, clattering etc and it was extremely obnoxious and disruptive to our sleep. Went on Norwegian Joy and took a short weekend trip to the Bahamas (Nassau) and Great Stirrup Cay. It was our first cruise ever as a family! Overall the experience was enjoyable, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the environment was nice. I would recommend and book again with Norwegian.
