ESTFA!!!! Venden MENTIRAS! cuando falta casi nada para la salida, te cambian el itinerario sin causa justificada, y sin reembolso. nos cambiaron Bahamas con 2 puertos, por RD, 1 solo puerto y 3 dias de navegacion. Arruinaron mis vacaciones. sin embargo en la web siguen ofreciendo el mismo itinerario en la misma fecha. sigen VENDIENDO MENTIRAS!! NO LES COMPREN
We just finished a New England / Canadian cruise. We’ve sailed previously on Princess and Carnival. We will never sail on Norwegian again. The cruise started in NYC. Unfortunately we had a nor’easter arrive as we were supposed to depart, and the harbor closed. The first 2 stops were removed. No fault of the cruise line. My favorite cruise line. But how can I book online a cruise for new year's eve dates? There's no way I can find any cruise including Dec 31st.
Don’t Do It. I haven’t even had the chance to travel & these people have the nerve to change our whole itinerary without offering a full refund stating that I will forfeit my funds if I choose not to come this is so disappointing. What a way to ruin my anniversary. Four day cruise with three days at sea what the hell is this! If you choose to cruise, choose anyone except Norwegian. They’re all nice like Royal Caribbean or even Carnival . The way NCL treats their customers is trash. I honestly hope they go bankrupt!
