Wow soooo disappointed….We are silver members. This means we have cruise in the double digits with this Cruise line. I’m so sad to say this is our last cruise with them. We sailed out of Boston and when we returned home, we found hundreds of dollars of charges with no explanation. Please understand once you leave the ship you cannot get to anybody by phone. Para mí gusto es de las mejores navieras, ya he hecho varios cruceros con ellos y su estilo libre es lo que más me gusta de ellos. Aunque ha tenido un incremento notable en sus precios conforme años anteriores y posiciona pocos barcos en Europa, siempre es mi primera opción a la hora de hacer un crucero. El último fue un transoceánico a bordo del Norwegian Prima, y no pude quedar más satisfecha. Además vas sumando puntos en su club de Latitudes, y vas ganando beneficios a bordo.
Norwegian cruise line misrepresents, changes reserved cabins without customer approval, and hangs up on customers that call the resolution desk. Beware of this cruise line. I had reserved a specific cabin on a northbound Alaskan cruise, only to have it downgraded "by mistake" by personal cruise consultant Dusti Smith when our final payment was applied. This was my 14th cruise, across six different cruise lines – so I speak from experience when I say this was, by far, the worst cruise I’ve ever taken. Let’s start with the room, which was in poor condition. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making restful sleep nearly impossible.
