I bought a new boat in 2015, I financed with Norway and everything was excellent. I then bought an camper in 2018 and again everything was excellent. Both loans were paid off on time and in full. Fast forward to 2022, I was buying a new RV and they gave me such a hard time over several days that I decided to go with another bank who approved me instantly. I bumped my score to 2 stars as they used to provide excellent service.

a bank that has no other person that knows how to wire money, teller asked me to go to another location 🤦🏻♀️
