I went to the Danbury CHC twice the past few weeks. First time was for a checkup, second time was to follow up on my blood test. The first time I went, it took the doctor 40 minutes to see me. Okay, I figure the doctor is nice, maybe they were just understaffed that day. The second time, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long. Toke me 40 mins. for someone to take my phone number down so that the person who makes new client appointments can contact me! In the 40 mins I was hung up on 4x and put on hold 3x ! Everytime I called back there was a new person! Once I said something about the bad service the women said that there was only once person that made appointments for new clients! Either the dentists are so inexperianced, or the products they use are so inferior, that Norwalk Smiles is the WORST place to go. I am young and need dentures because of too much cancer treatment during my teens. I went thru 3 dentist in 2 years here. My dentures continually came back from Yankee Lab, and they looked horific, I was even unrecognizable.
