NOVEMBER 2019 UPDATE! Here to pick up my Christmas decorations. I love knowing my decor is secure all year long! (11-27-19) UPDATE: Still loving this place!! All my stuff is very secure. :) (11-24-17) Walked into Norwalk Self Storage not knowing what to expect. I knew I needed a unit, but didn't know anything else. Toni helped me out from the moment I walked in. She showed me multiple units and made sure I was happy with the one that I chose. I would definitely recommend Norwalk Self Storage to anyone! :)

RecommendedStorage # B755 : Going on a few months now and still no problems with this place. Although I did encounter a slight miscommunication last month, it was hashed out in a polite businesslike manner and it was greatly appreciated. My best advice to anyone that stores there or planning to store there, make sure to pay on time and have your insurance updated. Other than that, very fair company to do business with.
High recommend this facility! Love the staff. They are always friendly and help with my questions.
