The plan is to call Fox 5 News to start an investigation to seek a resolution as to how my $88.00 10’ x 10’ unit jumped to $250.00 within 6 months time. The young lady I spoke with refused to prorate me for the rest of the month if I got my things out today. I asked who is the owner, she said she couldn’t tell me. Had a good experience while renting our unit at the Norwalk self storage. There was one time where our pass code wasn’t working and they were able to help us out quick and easy! Will recommend to friends and family!
