I had been a regular patient that went religiously 3 times per year for about 8 years. About 5 years ago I " fell of the dental wagon". I started with an insurance issue, got delayed and then became habitual. Eventually I was too embarrassed to return. I finally went back yesterday and they could not have been more accommodating and understanding. No lecture, just a great attitude about the priority of getting my dental health back in line. That's right No Suprises, when I go to Norwalk Dental Care I can RELAX, and that's because I'm treated like an individual with respect, courtesy, and incredibly Competant Professional Dental Care.
The hygienist was great, the Dentist is always a blast, I like the snacks, and I'm in love with the Office Manager. Can I sat that?
As a new patient to the practice I had no idea what to expect. When I got there I found everyone I came into contact with to be really friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to explain things to me when I asked questions, and they were really thorough in everything they did. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a friend.
