Good food here. Good service. The rooms were fine, too. But we really enjoyed the restaurant. We never would have known about it if we hadn't stayed here.
An excellent property that I would recommend to anyone. Between my rental car being messed up and my airline losing my luggage I was absolutely fried upon arriving to the hotel. When asked if I needed luggage assistance and told them my luggage was lost, the front desk person without me even asking upgraded my room for me to make my stay more pleasant and got working on directions for me to a nearby mall so I could get some supplies for the evening. We had an great room and really enjoyed this hotel.. Very comfortable bedding and accomodations with a small refrigerator, wireless internet, and room service on demand... The housekeeping staff was excellent ... We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning and the happy hour was fun too... This was our first trip to Norwalk and Norwalk Inn was just what we were looking for... Laid back, comfortable, friendly and right near IMAX theater and ritzy Westport, CT.
