This is for the dental department..(Dr Mark Feigen, DMD) The lady at the desk who answers the phone was really rude. I work within the health system. I had an appointment for 8am. My relief came a little late and i wasn't able to clock out until 7:23am. i asked can i arrive by 8:30am she said no with a very disgusting attitude. I also found a uber that can arrive me by 8:10am. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff here. Everyone was professional and courteous from the parking guys to the medical team. I also had the best RN, Kevin, taking care of me and I was so grateful for his compassion. It made their “no guest policy” easier to tolerate knowing I was in good care. They did not discharge me until they saw I was better and I also appreciated that they called me after to follow up with lab results. As for cons, the ER floor could be more sanitary/clean and the technology... read more
