I love the whole experience - the scent, the sound, and the sensation. It's a great place to soak on a rainy day, although you should consider leaving your modesty at the door, along with your clothes. Because of all the naked women, by the time I leave I feel less self-conscious about my body rather than more - we all have scars and most are visible when you're naked. Nobody stares and it's very peacefully quiet. The tattoo viewing is great too.

rush job - this is the last time I come here - they are friendly enough but rush through the process - my pedicure literally looks like I did it myself. Looking for a new spot

STAY AWAY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! I moved to Norwalk a few month ago, it's near my home taught I try it, instead of driving 30mins away to my regular place. BIG MISTAKE. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. I sat in the chair the lady took my nail polish off dunk my feet in the water filed my nails with she made round instead of squared like I asked.
