Everything went very well. I was in and out within a hour. The hygienist was very professional, worked quickly and completed the work with NO pain to me. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to visit with. Thanks for a Great Job Well Done!
As always excellent care & service. Dr Grant is the best as is Caci my hygenist.
We had such a great experience today with Dr Fleck & the entire staff. My son fell at the skate park and they got us in right away and fixed his tooth.
Dr. Winslow is an excellent dentist who is very personable, caring, & knowledgeable. As a new patient with an emergency tooth problem, she spent a lot of time getting to know my background and then performed two quick procedures to address the issue. However, she gave me specific advice on other things to do and talked about possible procedures in the future if needed. She was thorough and very friendly!

Caci was, as always, very professional, courteous and friendly. I got to meet the new dentist this time, and she was also very professional and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have a serious dentist phobia, and just walking into the door (you know the smell) gives me total anxiety. But this team is great. They let me have my headphones and music while they're cleaning my teeth, and they're always thorough about checking out any possible issues. Great about rescheduling when necessary. I've moved twice, to Des Moines and then Indianola, but will always come back to Norwalk Family Dentistry.
I have been a patient since 2005. Dr. Winslow and Staff have always been excellent care givers. Would highly recommend Practice to all seeking Dental care!😀
