This is the best dentist office ever! They have friendly, attentive and professional staff; they run a tight ship with my appointments always right on schedule; and they even have TVs at all the chairs and the best selection of magazines I have ever seen at a doctor or dentist office! Going to the dentist for anything has always caused horrible anxiety. I have had some very painful experiences. Never has this happened at Norwalk Family Dentistry! They are professional, kind and caring. I highly recommend them!!
thanks for the patience and understanding . i had a migraine the day of my appointment. the staff was extremely helpful. provided cold compress, pretzels for after to settle my stomach. a pillow to relieve the pressure of the what i call the upside down chair. later we finished with the chair in a more upright position for the dental hygienist to finish my cleaning and the polish and the dentist did her exam that way also. thanks again staff for keeping me comfortable :)
