New patient I recently had to change dentist due to insurance. Norwalk Family Dentistry was within our network. I went online and looked them up. I did not see any negative comments and I'll be honest, the pictures seemed very friendly and inviting. The next day I called the office and spoke with the most pleasant lady. Dentist!!!!! That word brings chills to many, It used to for me...until today!!! This was an AMAZING, refreshing, and a return to patient care that most others have lost sight of these days! I haven’t had good experiences with my last few dentist. I felt like an ATM at the others, that would take me into a room, like buying a car, and they would tell me that every possible serves offered was needed and create false urgency to squeeze you for more money!!! Dental cleaning and kindness! Amy is who cleaned my teeth. She is so very courteous, helpful and kind. Amy assures me that if I feel any pain, to let her know and she will work toward a resolution that satisfies me. Amy always talks with you first, to ensure she is aware of any changes or issues. She will then work on the reason you're at the dentist. After she is done, Amy will tell you of your progress and ways you can improve your dental hygiene. I would recommend Amy to everyone.
